This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains what happens to your money when you save with Zerova Jewels and when you receive your jewelry. Please read it carefully before enrolling. By enrolling in a Zerova plan, you agree to this policy.

In short: Zerova plans are savings toward real gold. Amounts you pay are converted into gold value — they are not cash deposits. On cancellation, your accumulated value is returned as gold purchase credit, not as a cash refund.

Zerova gold savings plans help you accumulate gold value over time. Each payment is recorded against the prevailing gold rate, and at maturity you redeem the accumulated value for BIS Hallmark jewelry or a gold coin. Because your payments are tied to gold, they are treated as advance gold purchases rather than refundable cash deposits.

4. Enrollment fee

Plans may carry a one-time enrollment fee (for example, a ₹280 one-time fee applies on plans above ₹10,000). This fee is charged once at enrollment, is not a monthly charge, and is non-refundable.

A reasonable grace period is allowed for missed monthly installments, and we send reminders via WhatsApp. Repeatedly missed payments may affect your plan's maturity date or benefits. Contact us and we will help you get back on track.

7. Delivery, maturity & defects

At maturity you select your jewelry or coin from our BIS Hallmark catalog, and we arrange delivery. Please inspect your item on receipt. If it is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within [X] days of delivery so we can evaluate and make it right. Customised or personalised items are not eligible for exchange except in case of a manufacturing defect.

8. Gold exchange

Where offered, jewelry purchased from Zerova may be exchanged for the prevailing value of its gold content, subject to verification and applicable terms. Specific exchange terms will be confirmed at the time of exchange.

GST and other applicable taxes are charged as per prevailing government norms and are non-refundable once paid.
