These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zerova Jewels website and gold savings, digital gold and jewelry services (the "Services"). By accessing the website or enrolling in a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Services you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use the Services.

3. The Services

Zerova offers gold savings plans, digital gold accumulation and BIS Hallmark jewelry. Plan features, durations, amounts and benefits are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.

4. Your account

• Enrollment requires verification, including a one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile or email.
• You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.

5. Plan terms

• Monthly-savings plans require payment of the chosen amount each month for the plan duration.
• Gold weight is recorded against the prevailing gold rate at the time of each payment.
• Plans may carry a one-time enrollment fee (e.g. ₹280 on plans above ₹10,000), charged once at enrollment.
• For target-rate plans, activation and wastage terms apply as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• At maturity, you may redeem accumulated value for BIS Hallmark jewelry or a gold coin.

6. Pricing & gold rate

Gold is valued at the prevailing 22K market rate shown at the time of each transaction. Rates fluctuate with the market. We aim to display rates transparently, but we are not liable for market movements.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party gateways such as Razorpay and are subject to their terms. You authorise us to collect the amounts due for your chosen plan. Failed or reversed payments may affect your plan.

8. Cancellation & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary, amounts paid are redeemable as gold purchase credit and are not refunded as cash; enrollment fees and taxes are non-refundable.

9. Jewelry & BIS Hallmark

All jewelry supplied is BIS Hallmark certified for purity. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in design, weight and finish may occur. Hallmark details can be verified on delivery.

10. Agents & referrals

Authorised agents may help you enroll and may earn referral commissions. Agents are not permitted to collect payments outside official Zerova channels. Always verify that payments are made through our official platform.

11. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Do not impersonate others or provide false information.

12. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including the Zerova name, logo, text, graphics and design, is owned by or licensed to Zerova Jewels and may not be used without our written permission.

13. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zerova is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses arising from gold-rate fluctuations, delays caused by third parties, or events beyond our reasonable control.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.
